From butchering our own meats to baking our own bread we focus on creating our own recipes in house. We also make our own pastas and sausages, and focus on serving sustainably sourced fish and seafood. Our menus change at the whim of each season and with our own urge to make new things.

This lively and social eatery celebrates the culinary craft with a central bar, open kitchen with kitchen bar seating, and chef’s counter. The space is flexible and able to accommodate a wide variety of special occasions.
As a Geneva native and Culinary Institute of America graduate, our Executive Chef Max Spittler brings the best of the Finger Lakes and top of the line experience to our kitchen.
