Raise a glass with us for a four-course Monday Chef’s Menu with wine pairings from four producers in NYS, all made with the Delaware grape.
Delaware is a versatile American Hybrid grape. The variety is quite widely grown in the midwest & northeast of the US, particularly New York State. Despite its name, it is much less common in the state of Delaware, where little wine is made.
This four-course menu will feature wines to pair from Little Clover Wine Company, Chëpìka, Paul Brady Wine & Lakewood Vineyards. The wines range from sparkling & orange to dessert!
Whole participation in the menu is not required to partake in the prix fixe. Our full, classic dinner menu is also available along with our full beverage menu.
